Site Supervisor (Civil / MEP / Architectural / Structural / L&H)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities across Civil, MEP, Architectural, Structural, and L&H disciplines
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to schedule and project specifications
- Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to project standards
- Ensure compliance with EHS and quality requirements (EQS standards)
- Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineering and commissioning teams to enable smooth handover
- Report site progress, risks, and constraints to project management
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- 5-10 years of site supervision experience; experience in data center, industrial, or oil & gas projects preferred
- Proven experience managing subcontractors effectively
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and QA/QC processes
- Familiarity with LOTO, permit-to-work, and general site safety practices
