Overview:
We are supporting a leading multinational organisation undergoing a major digital transformation in their corporate HR landscape. They are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead to help coordinate and stabilise a recently implemented HR solution. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and change management skills to drive successful adoption and support of the solution across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the post-implementation stabilisation and improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
- Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance, Digital Solutions, and third-party service providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP SuccessFactors project-related issues and queries.
- Oversee the handover of the solution into business-as-usual operations.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure long-term process sustainability.
- Establish governance and operating structures to support ongoing system performance.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and actions to all levels of stakeholders.
- Drive collaborative efforts to ensure solution alignment with overall business needs.
- Coordinate dependencies with parallel initiatives and ensure smooth vendor transitions.

The existing landscape is fragmented, and the company is actively rationalising its digital tools to align with global best practices. The environment includes both office and industrial locations across international operations, requiring a flexible and collaborative approach to delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in project management, ideally with exposure to business transformation.
- Proven track record delivering HR digital solutions, ideally involving SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR and Finance processes and systems.
- Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and training rollout.
- Skilled in documenting requirements and ensuring system usability.
- Familiarity with both Agile and traditional project methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed and international environment.
