Position Title: Subsea CSR – Offshore Cable Installation Coordination
Location: Doha (On-site – rotational: 5 days on / 2 days off)

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle, specifically focused on subsea cable installation, from front-end design to project completion. This includes the interface between offshore platforms and the landfall area, as well as associated laydown scopes.
Key Responsibilities:

Define, manage, and follow up all project scopes and procedures related to subsea cable laying activities.

Act as the focal point for coordination between internal teams, contractors, and engineering leads during both FEED and EPC phases.

Interface with stakeholders at designated technical boundaries (e.g., offshore topsides and landfall points).

Manage internal and external design interfaces, scheduling, and budget oversight for the scope of work.

Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless execution.

Provide technical leadership, including preparation for audits and project readiness reviews.

Drive HSE culture and compliance throughout all project phases.

Coordinate SIMOPS preparation and offshore execution activities related to T&I (Transport & Installation).

Supervise subsea construction activities onshore and offshore, ensuring alignment with project standards, quality, and schedule requirements.

Assist with progress tracking and ensure activities meet safety, quality, and budgetary expectations.

Support documentation development, including Contracts & Execution documentation for EPC phases.

Deputize for the Package Manager when required.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas, with at least 10 years in subsea construction / T&I engineering.

Proven background in cable lay, installation of subsea infrastructure (flowlines, risers, jackets, bridges, etc.).

Previous exposure to yard-based construction phases is a plus.

Experience working in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects (minimum 5 years).

Strong track record of offshore work during structural and pipeline installation phases.

Available for international technical missions.

Familiarity with major offshore O&G standards and specifications.

Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Comfortable working in complex and high-paced environments.

Certifications required: H2S OPITO & T-BOSIET.

Minimum 20 years total professional experience in engineering/project management, with a strong offshore project background.
