Job Title: Strategic Planner - Bay Replacement Program (Southern Region)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Strategic Planner to support the Bay Replacement Program (BRP) in the Southern Region. This program is entering a crucial phase of large-scale rollout, and you will play a key role in coordinating schedules, ensuring dependencies are managed, and keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project plans for the BRP in Area South.
- Gather and validate information from multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Initiate and facilitate interactive planning workshops.
- Assess and review detailed plans from internal and external parties, identifying bottlenecks and advising on adjustments.
- Support project teams in clarifying dependencies and progress.
- Report deviations in critical lead times proactively.
- Collaborate with risk managers to identify and mitigate planning risks.
- Update project progress monthly in Primavera P6 to support monitoring and coordination.
- Ensure coordination between BRP implementation and preparation teams.
Requirements
- HBO level education (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years' experience in planning complex, technical, or infrastructural projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hands-on, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of Dutch (written & spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Southern region and occasionally to Arnhem (approx. 3 days/week on-site).
Additional Information
- Preference given to candidates from the region due to travel demands.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and Pre-Employment Screening (PES) are mandatory before starting.
- This role falls under scale 8 of the TenneT CLA.
- This assignment is not open to self-employed professionals (ZZP).
- Availability for the full assignment period is required.
