Overview
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Buyer to support procurement activities for a major electricity transmission network expansion. The role focuses on indirect materials and complex property-related services, contributing to modernisation and efficiency improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage procurement of property-related services, including facility management

Execute procurements across all indirect materials categories, including IT and corrective measures

Develop and implement procurement strategies for multiple categories

Prepare and manage RFIs, tender documentation, and bid evaluation processes

Support stakeholders in defining requirements and specifications

Handover completed contracts and provide ongoing support during the contract period

Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and applicable legal requirements

Contribute to business development initiatives within the procurement function
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 10 years experience in strategic procurement, preferably in property services or indirect materials

Proven experience leading RFIs, tender processes, and contract management

Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to develop procurement strategies and evaluate supplier performance

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

Office-based in Stockholm, Sweden, with remote work up to 50% subject to operational needs
