Smart Meter Deployment Planning Manager
Location: Seraing / Liège, Belgium
Contract Duration: Until 28 February 2027 (with possibility of extension)

Role Overview:
Join a large-scale smart meter deployment programme within a leading electricity and gas distribution operator. You will be responsible for managing planning, coordination, and monitoring activities to ensure deployment targets are met by the end of 2029. This role demands strong operational planning skills, data management capabilities, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage backlog points for transfer to the service provider during mass deployment.

Adapt and approve macro-planning schedules in coordination with the service provider; manage replanning when necessary.

Monitor and process requests related to the creation of work orders.

Oversee IT developments connected to the deployment mission.

Manage special cases and handle order rejections efficiently.

Track and update the status of active orders regularly.

Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to align macro-planning from the customer’s perspective.

Monitor dashboards tracking technical impossibility arbitrations.

Implement and maintain performance indicator dashboards and continuous improvement plans.

Liaise regularly with internal stakeholders and regulators to ensure compliance and progress monitoring.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in operational planning and managing complex schedules.

Strong skills in mass data handling and processing, particularly with Excel and MS Office tools.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Fluency in French at C2 level is essential.
