Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects across commercial and residential properties, with additional responsibility for facade restoration and Local Law 11 compliance work. This role involves leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations for roofing projects, ensuring efficient and safe workflow.
- Coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams for roofing, facade restoration, and Local Law 11 compliance activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to NYC building regulations.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and inspectors to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
- Monitor project schedules, address potential delays, and ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising roofing projects within New York City.
- Knowledge of facade restoration and Local Law 11 compliance procedures.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
