Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of on-site delivery for large-scale, fast-track construction projects in the data centre and mission-critical sectors across Europe.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance from pre-construction through to final handover.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, technically advanced facilities that support the infrastructure driving Europe’s digital economy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

  • Supervise subcontractors and direct labour to maintain project schedule, quality, and productivity.

  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Oversee site logistics, materials management, and documentation control.

  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal departments to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Support commissioning, snagging, and project close-out to ensure successful handover.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering building or data centre construction projects in Europe.

  • Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical trade.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and site coordination.

  • Experience in fit-out, building services integration, or MEP coordination is desirable.

Additional Information

  • This role involves working on large-scale projects across Europe; travel or rotation may be required.

  • Candidates must have the right to work in the EU or hold a valid work visa.
