Overview
We are recruiting a Site Administrator to support a major energy project in Karratha, Western Australia. This role will provide essential administrative support to the site leadership team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The position will primarily support the Commissioning Manager, while also assisting the Site Manager and Construction Lead. Ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. Local Karratha candidates are preferred; FIFO from Perth will be considered if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commissioning Manager

  • Assist the Site Manager and Construction Lead with general site administration

  • Maintain accurate records, registers and project documentation

  • Format, process and distribute project documents and reports

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and track actions

  • Support onboarding documentation, training records and site packs

  • Manage office supplies and general site administration requirements

  • Act as a central point of contact for site administrative queries

  • Ensure documentation is maintained in line with project and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years administration experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience supporting site, construction, commissioning or engineering teams is desirable

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive and able to work independently using initiative

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic project environment

Working Hours

  • Option 1: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

  • Option 2: Monday to Friday, 10.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Additional Information

  • Typical FIFO roster expected to be 2 weeks on, 1 week off

  • Start date: ASAP
