Project context:
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of the 2027 Grand Shutdown of the CCGT from Marchienne to Pont, he supervises a shutdown preparation team of 5 to 10 people and works closely with the holder of the shaft line maintenance contract (Siemens Energy) on the Gas Turbine, Steam Turbines, Generator perimeter.
- The 2-month shutdown will take place in the summer of 2027 and will potentially include an upgrade of the gas turbine.
- The HSE (zero accidents) dimensions, cost control, deadlines and quality of execution are essential.
- The shutdown work is being prepared in the Marchienne power plant, which remains in operation, and will be carried out in a context of intense maintenance, modification and project activity, limited to a minimum period of time (limitation of unavailability).
Goals and deliverables:
HSE
- Participates in the definition of the HSE objectives of the shutdown and has them validated by the COPIL,
- Participates in the implementation of the HSE organization, procedures and audits specific to shutdown work,
- Ensures the dissemination and application of HSE rules to the companies involved,
- Promotes cross-functional and transparent collaboration between TotalEnergies and companies
- to share the objectives and set the conditions for the success of the interventions with regard to them.
- Participates in safety audits during the shutdown and implements the necessary corrective actions.
OPERATIONS
- It defines the principles of the organisation of the preparation and has them validated by the COPIL on an organisational note.
- It prepares and leads the stop COPILs, the composition of which is defined in the organisation note. He is responsible for reporting and disseminating them.
- He sets up the multidisciplinary preparation teams, defines their actions in relation with the heads of the entities concerned. It verifies the progress and coherence of the actions undertaken.
- It organises and leads work definition meetings. He establishes the drafting and distribution of these documents. Together with all the necessary experts, he or she ensures a critical examination of the relevance of the work requested. He has the work books completed and validated.
- He works closely with Siemens Energy to prepare the maintenance (and potentially upgrade) activities of the shaft line.
- It ensures the application of the internal rules for the acceptance of changes.
- It proposes and coordinates the updating of all site procedures used for the shutdown. If necessary, he has missing and specific procedures drawn up.
- He or she is responsible for coordinating the preparation actions for all the tasks carried out during the shutdown operation (Maintenance, New Work or Project).
- He organises the technical (technical files) and material (logistics - infrastructure) preparation of the shutdown in all its components, with his team and the designated correspondents in the power plant.
- In his area of delegation, he takes the necessary decisions for the smooth running of the preparation and reports to his hierarchy and to the COPIL.
- In coordination with the power plant's purchasing department, it organises the pre-selection of companies, the drafting of tender documents, technical and commercial upgrades and participates in the final choice of the selected companies.
- He participates in the construction and monitoring of the shutdown budget by ensuring the choice of solutions, to the technical-economic optimum. He reports to his superiors and to the COPIL.
- He is responsible for the schedule of the shutdown and implements the tools that will allow the implementation within the limits of the proposed and accepted schedule.
- He organizes resources and coordinates the execution of shutdown work. It takes, within its area of delegation, the necessary decisions to ensure compliance with the objectives for carrying out the work, including by organising any necessary corrective actions.
- He organizes the documentation of the judgment to make it efficient and rigorous. This documentation will be archived after the shutdown.
- He writes the feedback from the shutdown with a view to continuous improvement.
- Fluent in French & English
