We're Hiring: Shift Multiskilled Technician
Location: Middlesbrough
Mechanical 70% / Electrical 30%
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Allowances + Benefits
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking to join a forward-thinking, safety-driven company? This is your chance to work in a fast-paced manufacturing production environment where your skills will directly impact performance and reliability.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and refurbishment projects
- Perform dynamic risk assessments to ensure safe operations
- Keep shift reports, maintenance logs, and CMMS up to date
- Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement
- Liaise with management to report technical faults and recommend solutions
- Manage and monitor spare parts inventory
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 / 2 or similar in Engineering (or equivalent time-served apprenticeship)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
