Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Helsingborg, Sweden
Contract Duration: 08 Sep 2025 - 04 Sep 2026
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale energy infrastructure initiative. The role will focus on coordination, structuring, and oversight of technical document deliveries between suppliers and the project organisation. This position requires strong leadership in technical project management combined with hands-on experience in document management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and structure technical document deliveries between suppliers and the project organisation
- Work within both supplier and client-side document management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and report documentation progress regarding time, quality, and cost in project systems
- Ensure project documentation meets established requirements and timelines
- Provide support to the project team by facilitating communication and coordination across stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors
- Solid understanding of document management processes and project documentation systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Desirable:
- Experience working with Antura or similar project documentation systems
Additional Information:
- Scope: Part-time with flexibility to increase up to full-time depending on project phase and workload (approx. 1250 hours)
- Extension Options: Potential to extend into construction phase and beyond, with contract options available for up to 36 months
