Kintec is currently partnered with a global materials technology and recycling group, with a mission to reduce harmful emissions, power the cars of the future, and give new life to used metals. They are recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Hoboken, Belgium.
Department Description and Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the organization.

Collaborate with site P&O teams to understand staffing needs.

Source, recruit, and onboard skilled workers.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Create and align job postings according to Umicore standards.

Conduct initial screenings and behavioural interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.

Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Technical Profile Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience within recruitment in the chemical industry.

Experience working with ATS systems, preferably SuccessFactors.

Experience recruiting managerial, white-collar, and blue-collar profiles.

Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Solid understanding of labour laws and regulations related to hiring (including work council rights).

Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G+).

Experience in sourcing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong listening and interviewing skills.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
