We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Reliability Engineering Expert for a permanent position with a global operator in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level guidance on complex reliability processes and equipment optimisation through detailed engineering analysis

  • Identify future operational challenges and perform reliability assessments to evaluate system performance and integrity

  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks associated with system and equipment failures

  • Lead and facilitate comprehensive root cause analyses for critical equipment and systems

  • Implement innovative technologies to improve equipment reliability and enhance operational efficiency

  • Deliver technical leadership in the design and development of reliability metrics, KPIs, and associated data architecture

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance within oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors

  • Strong background in reliability engineering and asset integrity management

  • Professional certification such as Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) preferred

  • Proven track record in implementing reliability strategies within complex industrial environments
