What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and growing long-standing client relationships
- Driving B2B sales activity and delivering against ambitious targets
- Identifying new markets, clients, and revenue opportunities
- Leading by example, setting objectives, and supporting team performance
- Interviewing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates
- Proactively matching and selling talent to existing and new clients
- Delivering client presentations and negotiating commercial terms
- Managing client queries and challenges to maximise service and revenue
- Ensuring full compliance with legislation and quality standards
- Staying ahead of market trends to keep your desk competitive
What You'll Bring
- At least 18 months' experience working as a Consultant
- A commercial mindset with a genuine drive to succeed
- Confidence in building relationships and influencing decision-makers
- Strong organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
- The flexibility to travel and/or relocate when the role requires
