Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical & International Recruitment Focus
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We are seeking a motivated and professional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-paced hiring environment with a focus on technical and international roles. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and a pragmatic approach to hiring within the engineering and Oil & Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment for external hiring using internal recruitment tools

Align with hiring managers to define job profiles and build effective sourcing strategies

Prepare and post job advertisements with attention to employer branding and compliance standards

Communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the process

Administer technical and behavioural assessments when required

Ensure all recruitment data is current and accurate within the ATS

Feed CVs and candidate progress updates into the recruitment system to maintain data integrity

Support a smooth onboarding experience by ensuring all pre-employment documents are submitted on time

Propose and implement process improvements and best practices

Conduct interviews, screen CVs, coordinate candidate communication, and assist with salary proposals
Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline with a strong interest in HR

Training or certification in People Analytics is a plus

Recruiting for engineering and technical roles

Oil & Gas recruitment in Malaysia (preferred)
