Job Title: Senior Project Planning & Scheduling Engineer
Location: Nysa, Poland
Assignment Type: Contract until 31st December 2025 (potential for extension)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Planning & Scheduling Engineer, you’ll drive the development, integration, and coordination of complex project schedules from early feasibility through to construction and production. You will work across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time project delivery, supporting both digital tools and traditional planning practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or Planisware

  • Align timelines with engineering, EPCM partners, and technical leads

  • Track project progress, manage risks and propose mitigation strategies

  • Lead schedule review meetings and communicate updates across teams

  • Provide status reports on critical paths, milestones, and deliverables

  • Enhance planning tools and methodologies, including digital platforms

  • Contribute to the delivery of global expansion projects in line with strategic goals

  • Assist with project controls and contractor performance monitoring

  • Coordinate inputs from procurement, engineering, and construction

  • Support integration of schedule data into project dashboards

  • Document lessons learned to refine future planning approaches

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills:

  • 7–10 years of experience in project scheduling, ideally in industrial, automotive, or materials sectors

  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Planisware V7

  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills

  • Experience in EPCM environments and multidisciplinary projects

  • Knowledge of interdependencies across engineering, procurement, and construction phases

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure

  • Self-motivated, structured, and process-driven

  • Comfortable working in multicultural and international settings

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

  • Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2) is desirable

Languages:

  • Fluent in English

  • Other languages are a plus
