Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Manager
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite, 0% Remote)
Contract Type: Fixed-term Assignment
Assignment Period: 2 March 2026 – 31 December 2026
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of project content for specific vehicle applications, advanced engineering projects, and sales campaigns within the automotive sector.

Ensure project management aligns with customer requirements in quality, timing, and cost.

Lead customer projects and coordinate project work across engineering teams in Sweden and China.

Take responsibility for major decision points and effective risk mitigation to meet project objectives.

Act as a subject matter expert in project execution and technical matters during discussions with commercial and sales teams.

Coordinate and lead internal expertise for RFI and RFQ responses.

Ensure project issues are managed and resolved with agreed solutions between teams in China and Sweden.
Requirements:

University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Previous project management experience with Electric Drive systems.

Strong background in technical sales support.

Experience within the European automotive sector.

Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Valuable: Intercultural experience from China/Asia.
