JOB OVERVIEW
An international energy operator is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a pre-FEED asset review and life-extension programme for a major offshore asset. This high-profile role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing asset integrity and ageing assessments, and delivering brownfield modifications to inform future FEED and execution phases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage multidisciplinary pre-FEED teams, ensuring coordinated, timely delivery of project work.

Oversee asset condition assessment, integrity review, and life-extension definition workstreams.

Manage project schedule, budget, risk register, reporting, and compliance with stage-gate processes.

Engage with operations, engineering authorities, and senior leadership to support decision-making.

Ensure all project deliverables meet technical, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain alignment and effective communication with stakeholders in the Middle East while based in Aberdeen.

Provide leadership, challenge engineering inputs, and drive clarity and momentum across all deliverables.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Project Manager on pre-FEED projects in offshore energy.

Strong background in asset life extension, ageing asset assessments, or brownfield modifications.

Experience coordinating complex engineering inputs and maintaining control of schedule, cost, and risk.

Hands-on leadership in multidisciplinary, multicultural project environments.
