Senior Project Manager - Onshore Wind & Solar (Development → Authorisation)

A well-established European renewable energy developer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead onshore wind and solar PV projects through the development and permitting lifecycle.
This is a senior role focused on taking projects from early-stage development / filing through to authorisation, rather than construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewable energy projects from development, filing, and permitting through to authorisation
- Coordinate regulatory, environmental, grid and stakeholder interfaces
- Lead external consultants and internal technical teams
- Manage schedules, risks, and approvals across multiple projects
- Act as a senior point of ownership within a changing and growing organisation
Requirements
- 5-10+ years' experience as a Project Manager within onshore wind and/or solar PV
- Strong exposure to permitting, authorisations, and development-stage project management
- Background with a developer, IPP, or utility
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving teams
