• Base: €80,000 – €100,000 (non-negotiable)

• Bonus: €4,000 – €10,000

Role Overview

In this role, you will lead strategic, group-wide initiatives within Finance Services to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of accounting processes. You will be responsible for driving finance transformation projects, focusing particularly on Accounts Payable processes, harmonization, automation, and digitalization across international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives across Finance Services

• Plan, execute, and monitor complex finance transformation projects

• Drive standardization and harmonization of finance processes across multiple countries and entities

• Manage transition and carve-in projects into Shared Services environments

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Corporate Functions

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making processes

• Ensure transparent reporting and alignment across central and local teams

• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Support rollout topics hands-on from requirements specification to harmonization and change management

• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives, particularly in Accounts Payable

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance transformation or project management

• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable processes

• Proven leadership experience in complex international projects

• Strong experience in stakeholder management at senior level

• Experience in managing transitions within international organizations

• Proven expertise in automation and digitalization technologies

• Fluent German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in management consulting (finance transformation focus)

• Experience in Shared Services environments

• Knowledge of Hypatos and Redwood

• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills

• High resilience and ability to manage under pressure

Aufgabenbereich

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Leitung strategischer, konzernweiter Initiativen im Bereich Finance Services mit dem Ziel, Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Qualität der Rechnungslegungsprozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern. Der Schwerpunkt liegt insbesondere auf der Transformation und Standardisierung von Accounts-Payable-Prozessen sowie der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung innerhalb internationaler Strukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• End-to-End-Leitung strategischer Finance-Transformationsprojekte

• Planung, Steuerung und Monitoring komplexer Projekte

• Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Finanzprozessen über mehrere Länder und Gesellschaften hinweg

• Steuerung von Transition- und Carve-in-Projekten in Shared-Services-Strukturen

• Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Senior-Stakeholdern aus Finance, IT und weiteren Corporate-Funktionen

• Moderation von Entscheidungsprozessen und Sicherstellung transparenter Kommunikation

• Monitoring von Projektfortschritten sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen und Managen von Risiken

• Operative Unterstützung bei Rollouts – von der Anforderungsspezifikation bis zur Implementierung

• Förderung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen, insbesondere im Bereich Accounts Payable

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Accounting, BWL oder vergleichbar

• Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in Finance Transformation oder Projektmanagement

• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich Accounts Payable

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer internationaler Projekte

• Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management auf Senior-Level

• Erfahrung mit Transition-Projekten in internationalen Organisationen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Digitalisierung und Automatisierung

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
