A leading international developer in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Senior PMO / Project Controls Manager to support the delivery of high-impact offshore wind projects in South Korea. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and innovative team working at the forefront of the global energy transition.

About the Role
This strategic role reports to senior project leadership and involves overseeing PMO functions and project control processes across multiple work packages. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and interface coordination within complex infrastructure or energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment of milestones across all project packages and contractors

  • Monitor project performance, report progress and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders

  • Conduct scenario analysis to support project decision-making across workstreams

  • Implement and maintain consistent risk management strategies and interface coordination plans

  • Structure and manage DEVEX and CAPEX budgets, supporting overall business case development

  • Lead benchmarking initiatives and promote best practices in project controls and document management

  • Support the enhancement of internal processes and tools including document control systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in PMO, project controls, or project management, ideally within offshore wind, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industry

  • PMI-PMP certification or equivalent preferred

  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Familiarity with Power BI, PIMS, Aconex, or similar platforms is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking with the ability to handle multiple deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with international teams
