Key Responsibilities:
- Execute project planning tasks for assigned projects, including preparation of tenders, development of bid plans, and execution plans/schedules for offshore production system new builds, conversion, and modification projects
- Develop comprehensive project schedules covering all project phases, from concept development and tender through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, modification, and completion
- Organize and prepare project progress reports, supporting the project manager in monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting performance
- Actively forecast and reschedule project plans and schedules, including formal baseline revisions
- Conduct Schedule Risk Analyses using Primavera Risk Analyzer
- Ensure compliance with relevant client and internal planning requirements as needed
- Review contractor planning procedures and detailed schedules for progress tracking
- Participate in the development and maintenance of standard execution schedules for new builds, conversions, and modifications
- Conduct analysis and benchmarking to optimize plans and schedules
- Maintain historical data of engineering/construction norms for use in bid proposals and future benchmarking initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Ideally 10+ years of engineering/construction experience within the offshore industry, with a focus on Project Controls and Planning
- Previous offshore production system project experience is highly valued
- International and multi-cultural experience is preferred
- 5-10 years of practical experience with planning software packages, particularly Primavera

- Fluency in English, both oral and written
