PURPOSE
Subcontractor shall perform Senior Piping Engineer / Senior Piping Designer activities
and shall report to the Lead Piping Engineer & Area Lead and are required to work closely
to issue deliverables by contractual end date.
The Subcontractor shall perform the work in Contractor's project office in Kuala Lumpur.
4. SCOPE
The Senior Piping Designer/ Senior Piping Engineer (8 pax) scope of work involves:
1. Perform equipment and piping 3D modelling
2. Update 3D Equipment and piping model incorporating Company and
Consultant comment received from model review
3. Perform 3D model checking i.e. Clashes and 3D model readiness
4. Perform and produce 2D drawings up to AFC deliverable issuance. (if
required)
5. Perform Pipe Support Design inclusive for modelling and drawings
activity (if required)
6. Isometric Production
7. Perform all piping and layout activities as required.
8. Isometric production
9. Documentation. Prepare analysis reports, calculations, and
summaries. Maintain records of analysis inputs, results, and revisions.
10. Collaboration. Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure
structural integrity and compliance. Support fabrication, installation, and

11. Quality and Standards Compliance. Ensure all work adheres to
applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Participate in
design reviews and quality checks.

SCHEDULE AND MANHOURS
The scope of work is expected to be completed within 3 months' time and subcontractor's
engagement is expected to be for a 3-month duration. There is a provision for extension
of the contract based on the project workload requirement and subject to project
approval.
