A leading renewable energy developer is preparing for a Senior Origination-level hire as part of its medium-term growth strategy.
This role will suit someone with 5-6 years' experience in origination or project development who is ready to step toward a senior or head-of origination pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess new wind and solar PV development opportunities
- Support early-stage development including land, grid, permitting, and feasibility
- Work closely with technical, grid, and project teams to mature opportunities
- Support portfolio growth and long-term development strategy
Requirements
- 5-6+ years' experience in renewable energy origination or development
- Strong understanding of grid constraints, permitting processes, and early-stage risk
- Experience within a developer, IPP, or consultancy
- Ambition to grow into a senior origination leadership role
