As the Senior Manager, Project Execution, you will oversee project planning, estimating, and execution while ensuring delivery excellence across solar and battery storage projects. This is a strategic leadership role suited for a seasoned professional passionate about accelerating the transition to clean energy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and oversee all assigned projects — managing scope, budget, and schedule.

Supervise and mentor project and construction management teams, ensuring accountability and performance.

Review and approve contract documentation (EPC and subcontractor) to ensure compliance and commercial soundness.

Collaborate across departments to meet company goals and project milestones.

Monitor project progress, report on key deliverables, and support creative problem-solving across teams.

Stay up to date on relevant financial and regulatory frameworks, integrating them into project documentation.

Oversee workmanship warranty and production claims for residential business projects.

Negotiate effectively with subcontractors and EPC partners.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

PMP certification preferred.

Minimum 12 years’ experience in solar and battery storage project delivery, including planning, construction, commissioning, and operations.

At least 3 years’ experience managing project and construction teams.

Strong understanding of project delivery methods, contracting structures, and renewable energy operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
