Job Overview
We are supporting a global organisation within the digital workplace and IT services space that is strengthening its leadership capability in Southeast Asia. This role sits within a Digital Workplace Delivery function and focuses on leading, developing, and growing high-performing teams in a collaborative and people-focused environment.
You will work alongside experienced professionals in an organisation that values trust, balance, and long-term development. The working culture promotes leadership through care, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This is a people leadership role rather than a hands-on technical position, but a solid understanding of IT and business operations is essential.
