Job Title: Senior Instrumentation Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to review and prepare instrumentation engineering deliverables for greenfield and brownfield upstream oil and gas projects. The role includes project execution support, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with HSSE and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Instrument Discipline Engineer functions, reviewing engineering deliverables and preparing in-house documentation.
- Support construction, commissioning, and field troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure technical integrity and facility improvement in line with standards.
- Apply knowledge of instrumentation design, construction, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and procedures.
- Apply international standards (API, ISA, IEC) and company-specific procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project, engineering, and operations teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Measurement & Control Engineering, or equivalent; Chartered/Professional Engineer preferred.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in upstream oil and gas instrumentation.
- At least 7 years in facilities design and 2 years in project execution, construction, commissioning, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of field instrumentation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with HSSE principles and upstream oil and gas HSE regulations.
- Familiar with international standards (API, ISA, IEC) and company standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving aptitude preferred.
