Work Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (1:1 Rotation)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to join a prominent renewable energy client in the wind sector, supporting offshore HSE operations across the West Coast of the UK. This is a rotational role based in Barrow-in-Furness, providing critical safety leadership and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain a proactive and positive HSE culture across offshore wind operations.

Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and incident/near-miss investigations; log findings in Synergi system.

Lead and facilitate offshore emergency drills and post-exercise wash-up/lessons-learned sessions.

Actively support and participate in toolbox talks, pre-sail briefings, and "back-to-work" safety sessions.

Contribute to QHSE meetings and continuous improvement efforts.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and internal policies.
Requirements:

GWO offshore certification (valid and current).

NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum; diploma-level qualifications preferred.

Offshore HSE experience is essential.

Strong administrative skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.

Proactive team player with confidence in high-pressure environments.

Must be willing and able to work on a 7x7 day rotation based in Barrow-in-Furness.
