About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to support and drive HR operations at a dynamic and rapidly expanding industrial production site. Focused on clean mobility, sustainable materials, battery technologies, and high-performance recycling, you'll play a pivotal role within the People & Organization team, enhancing the full HR lifecycle.

- Workforce planning and staffing support

Requirements:
Technical:
- Minimum 7 years' experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and experience collaborating with trade unions
- Proven experience implementing HR frameworks such as career paths and competency models
- Understanding of IATF or similar automotive quality standards
- Background in HR compliance, audits, and procedural governance
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a distinct advantage
Non-Technical:
- Senior, confident professional capable of working autonomously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, operational mindset
- High adaptability in complex, evolving environments
- Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness skills
- Discreet and able to handle sensitive cases with integrity
Language Requirements:
- Native Polish
- Fluent English
Work Location:
- Main location: Nysa (Brussels, Belgium)
- Minimum 3 days per week onsite, with increased onsite presence required during the onboarding period
