Job Description
You will be part of the SC-E "Emobility Business Control" team, reporting to the head of SC-E, and joining the local Sales & Operations MT Sweden. Your main tasks will be to manage reporting topics, liaise with the BC team and accounting, and support the local Swedish organisation.
The position will support the Director and the department of Sales & Operations Sweden (S&O SE) within the Business Unit E-Mobility, with all business controlling tasks including reporting and plan-to-perform processes (business plan, forecast, and KPIs follow-up), financial analysis, and decision making. Additionally, you will serve as a senior advisor to the Business Unit Controller of E-Mobility on specific or overarching Business Unit controlling topics, including overall financial governance and steering of the Business Unit E-Mobility.
This role focuses primarily on financial controlling rather than business partnering. During the interim period covering a parental leave, managing and improving the quality of reporting is more important than the business partner aspect. A strong understanding of accounting is essential.
Responsibilities

Manage all business controlling topics concerning E-Mobility departments in S&O Sweden, including:

Maintain and develop required financial models

Required Qualifications and Experience
Experience & Skills

Experience in a Financial Controller or Business Controller role with a strong focus on reporting, forecasting, and monthly closing

Solid accounting knowledge with the ability to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in financial reporting

Hands-on experience with financial planning, KPIs, and management reporting

Ability to support and advise senior management through financial analysis and ad-hoc insights

Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively across finance and operational teams
Education

University or college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar

Secondary school education as a minimum requirement
