Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (onsite as needed, up to 75% remote)

Contract Duration: 01 Oct 2025 - 31 Jul 2026 (9 months, with option to extend 6 months)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a small team of experienced Dynamics 365 consultants to support the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and completion of two existing Customer Service applications. The assignment involves approximately 500 hours for Customer Insights delivery and 400 hours to finalise the Customer Service apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to support communication, marketing, event management, and follow-up processes
  • Complete the installation, configuration, and deployment of two Customer Service apps from a previous pilot project
  • Support data migration from systems being phased out
  • Configure security and authorisation roles
  • Establish standard integrations as identified within the assignment
  • Provide user support and training, including workshops and user testing
  • Deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfer at project close
  • Collaborate in an agile way (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) with project stakeholders and steering groups

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Dynamics 365 certifications in relevant areas
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)
  • Hands-on experience with customer journeys, segmentation, and analytics in Customer Insights
  • Experience in stakeholder mapping, risk analysis, time planning, and benefit realisation
  • Proven ability to design user-friendly interfaces and deliver measurable customer benefits
  • Experience running workshops, user testing, and training
  • Previous consulting experience in similar assignments

Desirable:

  • Background working with public sector clients
  • Demonstrated measurable improvements in customer benefit from past projects
  • Knowledge of GDPR and personal data handling within Swedish public sector environments

Additional Information:

  • Start: As soon as possible, no later than October 2025
  • Scope: Approx. 500 hours, with option to extend (6 months)
