Residential/ Rotation: 4 week on office/site, 1 week working remotely, on rotation. Working 5 days per week

JOB BRIEF
Senior Document Controller will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing project documentation for major engineering and architecture programmes. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance within a fast-paced project environment. Experience with ACONEX is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation in compliance with company and project standards.
- Ensure accurate filing, distribution, and tracking of technical documents using ACONEX.
- Maintain document control registers and ensure timely updates of all relevant project records.
- Support engineering, construction, and project management teams by providing controlled and well-organised documentation.
- Ensure version control, document numbering, and revision tracking.
- Prepare and issue transmittals, reports, and documentation status summaries.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation flow across multinational teams.
- Assist in audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews.
- Uphold data security, confidentiality, and document integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
CANDIDATE PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
- Professional experience with ACONEX is required.
- Background in engineering, construction, architecture, or large-scale infrastructure project documentation.
- Strong understanding of document control practices, workflows, and quality standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work on rotation (4 weeks onsite + 1 week remote).
