Job Title: Senior Corporate Paralegal

Overview:
We are currently supporting a globally renowned industrial organisation in the search for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their headquarters in Brussels. This is a great opportunity to become a key member of a high-performing legal department, working at the heart of a multinational company’s legal operations.
This role provides broad exposure to both corporate legal and commercial contract work, in a fast-paced environment, supporting global legal teams and collaborating closely with business functions such as Finance, HR, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Legal Support:

Prepare materials for shareholders’ and board meetings of the listed parent company

Assist with corporate actions including dividends, share buybacks, and conversions

Draft and manage legal documentation: board minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney

Provide support in restructuring, M&A, and finance-related matters

Maintain statutory registers and corporate legal databases

Liaise with external providers for certifications, legalisations, and translations

Manage legal filings and notifications with regulatory bodies (including local registers, gazettes, exchanges, and financial authorities)

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal authorities on governance and compliance matters

Advise subsidiaries on legal compliance steps and help implement solutions
Commercial Agreements Support:

Assist the Western Europe Legal Team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:

Confidentiality agreements

Standard business agreements (sales, warehousing, purchase contracts, T&Cs)

Promote the use of group contract templates and best practices
Candidate Requirements:
-
At least 5 years of professional experience in a law firm, notarial office, public authority, or in-house legal department

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

Bachelor’s degree in legal or paralegal studies

Languages:

Fluent in English

Additional Information:
