About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to oversee construction and installation activities in oil and gas projects. The role involves developing construction work packages, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with approved designs, codes, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Construction Work Packages from detailed engineering deliverables from concept to mechanical completion.
- Monitor and manage contractor performance to ensure compliance with approved designs, standards, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to international codes and standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution in live oil and gas process plants.
- Apply Brownfield construction experience to manage site challenges.
- Support onshore and offshore project activities.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent preferred; extensive relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in oil and gas construction and installation.
- Onshore/offshore experience in live process plants.
- Extensive Brownfield experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering & Construction projects preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
