Job Title: Senior Compensation Officer
Location: Qatar
Job Purpose
Provide and manage compensation and benefits services to support the company in attracting and retaining qualified personnel through competitive and cost-effective remuneration practices.
Key Accountabilities

Conduct internal salary comparisons for contract conversions, extensions, and reviews, ensuring internal equity.

Administer salary-related changes through PAF Workflow (promotions, transfers, contract changes) and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Align position titles with the company’s title framework and salary grades.

Collect and analyze employee performance ratings and prepare distribution reports for final approval.

Prepare accurate calculations for annual performance bonuses and merit increases, validate data in SAP, and reconcile discrepancies.

Support Total Rewards Surveys and HR benchmarking by extracting and preparing relevant SAP data.

Provide timely and accurate ad hoc costing analysis (merit, bonus, policy reviews, allowances, etc.).

Generate monthly HR budget reports, identify variances, ensure correct cost center allocations, and coordinate with Finance on accruals and forecasts.

Support the annual budget cycle by preparing and analyzing workforce budget assumptions and presenting findings to the Compensation Lead.

Process salary offer advice for new hires, ensuring alignment with internal equity, job title framework, and recruitment budget.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
Experience
-
Minimum of 4 years in HR administration, with 3 years in compensation and salary management.
Technical & Business Skills
-
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Strong numerical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel (handling and analyzing multi-sheet data).

Skilled in SAP HR modules and reporting functionalities.
