Senior Business Analyst - Performance

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Analyst - Performance to join our Business Performance team. In this role, you'll lead performance management initiatives, oversee KPI frameworks, support continuous improvement, and serve as a key SAP Super User. Your work will directly contribute to organizational efficiency, data quality, and the successful execution of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & KPIs
- Lead the development and revision of corporate and departmental KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Benchmark internal and external performance to drive operational excellence.
- Consolidate and maintain KPI dashboards and balanced scorecards (BSC).
- Generate performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) with insights, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support departmental performance reviews and follow-up action tracking.
Master Data & Information Management
- Administer master data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and control through defined authorization matrices and frameworks.
- Oversee document management systems to ensure transparent, centralized, and secure document sharing and archiving.
- Validate and execute master data update requests and enforce compliance with data management protocols.
Continuous Business Process Improvement
- Facilitate periodic reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for process optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvement action plans.
- Assess impacts of process changes and track results to ensure desired outcomes.
SAP Super User Responsibilities
- Act as first-line support for SAP-related issues within your domain.
- Review and approve SAP change requests; manage role access via GRC.
- Lead system testing, user training, and support change adoption.
- Ensure proper data maintenance, system utilization, and business process alignment.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Monitor budgets and financial performance for assigned functions, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Support internal reporting, policy implementation, and compliance with QHSE standards.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of policies, procedures, and departmental systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or process improvement within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, process mapping, and data governance.
- Proven expertise in SAP (as Super User), including change management, testing, and user support.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in leading benchmarking and continuous improvement projects is highly desirable.
