Job Title: Senior Area Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of service stations and convenience stores across a defined region in KSA. The role includes managing fuels, non-fuel retail operations, car wash facilities, and tenant services to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality customer experience, and achievement of profitability targets. You will lead and develop station managers, monitor operational performance, and implement improvements in line with operational plans and retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage overall performance of service stations, C-stores, car washes, and tenant facilities within the assigned area.
- Work closely with station managers to implement operational improvements and report performance to senior leadership.
- Manage resource planning, including staffing and materials, to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
- Ensure high standards in customer service, staff presentation, safety, cleanliness, and stock management.
- Maintain stock levels, minimise wastage and shrinkage, and implement promotional plans efficiently.
- Assess manpower and facility requirements and advise on necessary improvements or expansions.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyse reports on stock, sales, and cash, investigate discrepancies, and provide justifications to management.
- Oversee inventory management policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and costs.
- Supervise car wash operations, ensuring service quality, timely supplies, and maintenance of equipment.
- Manage achievement of profitability and revenue targets for all stations and non-fuel retail operations.
- Develop service level targets and coordinate with relevant functions to meet customer service expectations.
- Promote a culture of customer-focused service and ensure staff are trained to deliver optimal client experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, suppliers, tenants, and government entities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, licences, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in service station operations, retail management, or client service management.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in operational oversight and team development.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
