What You Will Contribute
Working directly with a team of exploration geologists, you will act as a technical sounding board and strategic advisor, helping refine exploration thinking and accelerate the development of quality targets.
Key contributions include:

Challenging and strengthening geological interpretations and mineral system models

Identifying and interpreting surface expressions of copper mineral systems, including alteration patterns, structural controls and geochemical signatures

Advising on early-stage exploration programs, including mapping strategies, structural analysis, and geochemical surveys

Supporting the identification, ranking and maturation of exploration targets

Integrating geological observations with geophysical datasets to build coherent exploration models

Ensuring exploration strategies consider processing and metallurgical implications from an early stage

Mentoring geologists and sharing practical exploration insights drawn from field experience
You will play a key role in helping the exploration team see the bigger geological picture and convert ideas into tangible opportunities.
