Job Purpose
The Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The role includes preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations; arranging meetings and conference calls; and coordinating events, travel, and cross-departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior management with personal and work-related duties.
- Draft and prepare official letters, documentation, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings when required.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Organize and support events, lunches, dinners, and business meetings.
- Attend events as requested, acting in a PR/hostess capacity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist with data management.
Requirements
Educational & Technical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP.
- Understanding of HR processes and expense reporting.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with the local country and city where the project is located.
