Job Purpose

The Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The role includes preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations; arranging meetings and conference calls; and coordinating events, travel, and cross-departmental initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior management with personal and work-related duties.

     

  • Draft and prepare official letters, documentation, and correspondence.

     

  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

     

  • Take accurate minutes of meetings when required.

     

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

     

  • Organize and support events, lunches, dinners, and business meetings.

     

  • Attend events as requested, acting in a PR/hostess capacity.

     

  • Coordinate travel arrangements.

     

  • Maintain spreadsheets and assist with data management.

     

 

Requirements

Educational & Technical

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

     

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

     

  • Experience with SAP.

     

  • Understanding of HR processes and expense reporting.

     

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar position.

     

  • Familiarity with the local country and city where the project is located.
