Job Title: SAP WM-STRM-IM Consultant

Location:

- Hoboken, Brussels, and Olen

- Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence required; 80 percent onsite presence may be acceptable

Work Schedule:

- Monday - Friday, hybrid working

Contract Type:

- Initial contract until end of 2026 (with potential for extension)

- Travel: up to 10-20 percent if needed

Department Overview:

Be part of a global IT services team overseeing network, server and cloud infrastructure, end-user devices and service desk operations, alongside driving best-in-class applications and digital innovation.

Project Description:

Join a significant transformation program that transitions decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized S4HANA environment. As a contributor to the logistics domain, you will aid the migration and harmonization of logistics processes across multiple business units and sites, collaborating with stakeholders and SAP domains to ensure full process coverage and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP WM-STRM-IM implementation within the major transformation program

- Integrate logistics processes with other SAP domains (such as MM, SD, PP, QM)

- Support business-facing activities and facilitate decision-making processes

- Document SAP WM-STRM-IM configurations and technical specifications

- Conduct system testing and validation

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions

- Work with both custom-built and template-based SAP environments

- Support change requests and tickets as needed

- Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicable

Technical Profile Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in SAP WM-STRM-IM projects

- Proven record in end-to-end SAP WM-STRM-IM implementations and integration with other domains

- Experience with structured documentation and blueprinting

- Debugging skills preferred

- Familiarity with both custom-built and template-based SAP environments

- EWM knowledge/experience is a plus

- Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- SAP certification is advantageous (though experience is prioritized over certification)

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

- Capable of explaining viewpoints clearly while being open to compromise

Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

- Work in a very international environment
