The Opportunity
We're supporting a global telecommunications and IoT technology provider seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead new business development across Spain and the Iberia region. This is a senior-level, high-impact role where you'll be instrumental in scaling IoT connectivity and platform services for enterprise customers.

You'll be joining a forward-thinking, international team of experts — working remotely but with strong collaboration — where your success directly contributes to strategic growth in one of Europe's most dynamic markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and convert high-potential enterprise leads in the IoT connectivity space

  • Drive and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract closure

  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders at the executive level

  • Deliver tailored IoT solutions (e.g., 2G, LTE, LPWA) and develop upsell opportunities

  • Create compelling value propositions and customer use cases

  • Collaborate with local sales teams and global presales resources to shape offers

  • Maintain an accurate forecast, pipeline, and sales strategy documentation

  • Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to refine strategy

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B New Business Sales, ideally in enterprise environments

  • Proven success selling telecom, IoT, or wireless connectivity solutions (deals > €1M TCV)

  • Background in Telco, MNO, or MVNO organisations

  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish IoT/M2M market

  • Confidence negotiating at senior executive level

  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

  • Experience working in a global or virtual team environment

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Desirable

  • Experience closing complex deals with multinational customers

  • Familiarity with managed connectivity platforms and scalable IoT solutions
