Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - M in. 3 days/week on site presence is mandatory

Kintec are currently partnered with a leading multinational materials technology company . They are currently recruiting for Sales & Customer Service Officer to be based in Hoboken (Antwerp), Belgium .

Department description and responsibilities:

To strengthen our team within the "Sales & Customer Service" department, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a hands-on mentality. You will join the "Sales & Hedging" team, where we are responsible for the physical sales of end products as well as the risk management involved (hedging).

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

You will be jointly responsible for:

  • The complete administrative support of the sales of several end products.
  • The follow-up of sales and shipments with customers, various production and logistics departments, accounting, etc.
  • Managing, monitoring, and executing hedging transactions for the products in your portfolio.
  • Maintaining daily contact with internal and external customers.
  • Preparing recurring reports.

Furthermore:

  • You will start as a front- and back-office employee in a commercial administrative role, where you will have frequent contact with internal and external customers.
  • You are responsible for the daily relationship with customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • You may participate in projects within the Sales & Customer Service team as well as the Commercial Department.
  • You provide support to our quality system.

Technical profile requirements:

  • You have knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); excellent Excel skills are an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or SharePoint is a plus.

  • In addition to being highly accurate, you are skilled with numbers and reporting.

  • You are a team player who handles sales together with your colleagues.

Methodology/Certification requirements:

  • You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial field, with several years of relevant work experience.

Language proficiencies:

  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.

  • Client site in Hoboken, Belgium
  • Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence required
