Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Route to Consumer (RTC) and Revenue Growth Manager to lead strategies that optimise the path from production to consumer while maximising revenue and margin performance. This role combines strategic planning, sales analytics, and team leadership to enhance distribution, customer engagement, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Margin Growth:

Coordinate analyses to develop strategies across brand, channel, and margin performance levers

Execute pricing strategies, pay-for-performance initiatives, and promotional campaigns

Monitor average price per product and optimise product mix for margin growth
Route to Consumer Strategy:

Develop frameworks for the distribution team to increase coverage, productivity, and customer loyalty

Implement initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of distribution channels
Reporting and Dashboarding:

Maintain and report on key RTC and revenue dashboards to provide insights for the regional team

Track performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making
Leadership:

Coach and guide team members in career development and effective role execution

Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

Proven experience in sales, analytics, or revenue management
