Rigsite Safety Advisor - Senior

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on rigsite safety to ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of safety management systems on site.
- Lead safety meetings, conduct risk assessments, and promote a strong safety culture among crew members.
- Identify potential hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure follow-up to mitigate risks promptly.
- Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Liaise with on-site management and contractors to ensure best practices in safety protocols are maintained.
- Support emergency response planning and training.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in rigsite safety advisory roles, preferably at a senior level.
- Proven track record of enforcing safety standards in oil and gas or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of safety legislation, policies, and practices relevant to rigsite operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in occupational safety and health.
