Job Title: Resource Coordinator for Offshore Operations and Logistics

Client: Leading Global Green Energy Major – Wind
Contract Length: Annually Renewable Contract
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 40 hours a week
Job Description – Resource Coordinator

Support the team in securing on-site resources such as client representatives, Offshore Coordinators, and Site Technicians during installation and commissioning of projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders in projects and group functions primarily in Europe or on-site.

Support daily planning and management of operations during execution.

Focus on communication and applying learnings across projects to continuously develop and improve services.
Responsibilities:

Keep an overview of demand for specific resources.

Create requests for sourcing external consultants based on demand.
-
Onboard external consultants and ensure required access rights.
-
Control time registration and handle invoices from contractors.
-
Ensure all contracts for external consultants are closed out as projects finish.

Maintain an overview of contracts to ensure timely extensions.
Competencies – Preferred Experience:

Working in offshore wind Construction, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, etc., and/or
-
Handling insourcing of contingency work, and/or
-
Previous experience in a coordinator role, or
-
Other transferable skills
