Requirements and Test Manager
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Contract Duration: Until 1 March 2026 (with possibility of extension)

Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Requirements and Test Manager to join a major business transformation and ERP system upgrade programme. This high-impact role supports the investment process stream, with opportunities to expand across other areas of the project over time. You will be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle—from gathering and validation through to conversion into test cases—as well as coordinating testing activities in a complex, cross-functional programme environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate, and plan all activities related to gathering and managing business and system requirements.

Ensure high-quality, complete, and testable requirements documentation across project phases.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to validate requirements and assess feasibility.

Convert functional and non-functional requirements into structured test cases.

Provide strategic oversight of testing processes across multiple project streams.

Support implementation of ERP upgrade, with a primary focus on investment processes.

Act as a key interface between operational teams and technical delivery groups.

Promote alignment, clarity, and accountability across teams regarding scope, resources, and deliverables.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong experience working with requirements management and test planning in a structured project environment.

Prior experience within regulated sectors, with understanding of purchasing and investment workflows.

Familiarity with ERP systems—preferably SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms.

Proven ability to navigate complex organisational structures and project matrices.

Comfortable facilitating dialogue between business and technical stakeholders to resolve gaps and assess feasibility.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving project landscape.

Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Education:

Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Engineering, IT, Project Management).
