POSITION SUMMARY
The holder of the position marks the cylinder bottles, places them in the designated locations for storage, and prepares them for shipping. They are the contact person for customers on site and sell products in small quantities to collectors.
NATURE AND SCOPE
The Redistribution Center Clerk works according to specified procedures and regulations. They receive orders and assignments from the Lead Redistribution Center.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Service and Logistics

Contact person for customers on site

Sorting and provision of cylinders

Handling of delivery point business on behalf of TIG (sale of refrigerants to collectors)

Goods issue to pick-up customers

Telephone order acceptance and, if necessary, entry into SAP
Warehouse Management

Inventory management for the site (incl. inventories, bottle sorting)

Goods receipt and posting to AP inventory (incl. propane)

Examination of the exchange bottles for suitability before return

Store products with the help of conveyors, taking into account type, quality, volume, and weight; transport them within the RDC

Document storage with PACT Warehouse Management System

Measures to maintain and improve quality, e.g., visual inspections, checking best-before dates, and cylinder TÜV dates
Safety

Implementation of required CLT activities

Regular maintenance of work equipment

Compliance with legal and internal safety regulations regarding ADR, load securing, occupational health, and environmental protection as instructed by the Lead Redistribution Center
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Completed two-year craft training (e.g., warehouse clerk)

Ability and willingness to do physical work, including outdoors in all weather conditions

Forklift licence

Sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
