An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced QAQC Database Coordinator to join a major international offshore construction project. This role offers the chance to work in a key quality management capacity supporting high-value engineering and fabrication operations.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring all QAQC documentation, reporting, and database control activities meet strict project and contractual requirements. This is a high-responsibility role suited to a quality-focused individual with excellent coordination and communication skills, ideally with prior experience in offshore construction or fabrication environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all QAQC database and reporting activities during Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases.

Ensure full compliance with the approved project Documentation Control Plan.

Monitor documentation performance of all project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Verify and manage document control processes related to quality records, reports, and data submissions.

Liaise across multiple departments and teams to ensure data accuracy and documentation completeness.

Support audits, data consolidation, and compliance checks in line with project QA requirements.

Drive improvements in QA documentation workflows and systems.

Ensure timely receipt and acceptance of documentation as per project milestones.

Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems in a structured and retrievable manner.
Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a documentation control or database coordination role, ideally within offshore fabrication yards.

At least 5 years' exposure to engineering and construction documentation, including drawings, procedures, and technical reports.

Previous experience in KPI control or documentation systems coordination.

Background in Quality Management is highly preferred.

Familiarity with electronic document management systems.

Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle databases and digital records.

Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills.

Capable of working with multiple teams across various locations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work proactively, flexibly, and reliably under pressure.

English language proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.
