Position Reporting

Key Responsibilities
Integration & Hook-Up Operations
-
Coordinate and oversee integration and hook-up scope of work.

Monitor and mitigate potential conflicts in permit issuance; liaise closely with Offshore CSR.

Serve as the focal point for all site-issued permits.

Ensure alignment between permit-to-work (PTW) planning and HSE requirements.

Verify permit quality, supporting documentation, and proper authorization prior to issue.

Conduct PTW audits and support permit closure in accordance with PTW procedures.

Lead onboarding and training of new personnel on E-COW systems.

Attend and contribute to daily PTW coordination meetings.
Project Interface and Contractor Coordination

Liaise with contractors/subcontractors on all PTW activities.

Monitor contractor PTW compliance and ensure timely progress reporting.

Facilitate experience transfer across project teams and contribute to lessons learned.

Support daily and weekly reporting and provide KPI inputs to company site representatives.
Onshore Planning & Readiness

Review job cards and work packs for onshore-fabricated Brownfield scopes.

Support constructability reviews and safe planning of offshore execution work.

Track shutdown readiness and reduce offshore execution complexity through early engagement.
Project Overview & Working Environment
Project Scope

Involves Brownfield integration and new Greenfield development including:

Multiple new wellhead platforms and riser platforms
-
A central processing facility (~22–25 Kt)
-
Pipelines, flare platforms, and GHG reduction infrastructure
-
Operational Context
-
Work within a highly active offshore field with complex Brownfield interfaces.

Simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) management is critical.
-
Coordination across multiple EPC contractors and global project teams.
-
Mature asset environment with integrity management challenges.
